Any of the normal companies will be able to supply springs.   When you say "very strong" what are you looking for ?

If you just stick springs on there with a high poundage, it will be like driving on cobbles when it isn't heavily loaded.   What do you need to achieve ?

Hello Tim thanks for the reply. I have had guy's old 90 and the ride on the road is great but a bit hard for the lanes, the disco is very soft but its all over the place on the road. I have heavy duty blue springs on the back but still think there to soft. Sorry dont know the lb.
I have uprated shocks es 9000 so i thought i could just replace the springs.

Ps there OME on the defender +2"

Give the guys a ring at Devon4x4, They will be able to advise you on you on poundage and wont pressure you to buy from them.
MM4x4 sell sets at reasonable prices. I think they are made sets though so not sure if you are able to choose.
Bearmach are ok if you phone them rather than email and can sell you the spring you want.
As already said if you go to high poundage on the rear it will give a very choppy ride !
