since hiring a dvd from a certain high street dvd rental place costs a fair bit per dvd, online hiring looks a more cost effective option
i know blockbuster does it, as does tesco i believe
can anyone suggest an online dvd hire company and tell me how much per month and what you get (also the speed at which it comes through the letterbox)

www.screenselect.com
They also have a deal going with Sendit, so any you rent and like you can buy cheaper.

I did find blockbuster to be the best when i tried them all out last year. The dvd's were sent by return of post and you were emailed to be told what films were coming.

Use this (https://www.screenselect.co.uk/visitor/sign_up_1.html?promotion_code=dvd20) link to sign up for a free trial of ScreenSelect and you'll get a £20 voucher to spend at http://www.dvd.co.uk

i dont seem to have obtained this voucher after signing up

We use Tescos - have 3 at a time for £14.99 (I think?!) per month. Create a list, prioritise them and they send them to you. You keep them for as long as you like, once returned a new DVD is sent out. Couldn't be easier :D
Never had a single problem and we've had 150+ DVD's from them (163 actually  ).

ive not been pulled into this as manyh cubs need a massive montly charge, i know that you can have 3 / 4 dvds a months but i only wath 1 or 2 max a month, so these on line clubs are not worth it for me :(
-
which is why i opted for the 1 dvd at a time option
its better to wait for the next one than to have too many to watch and being unable to

Blockbuster must be pretty p****d of with me- they send me around 6 DVD's per week @ £14 per month (I think the first year was only £9.99!) thats about 60p to rent each disk AND that includes posting costs. The trick is not to hold onto them too long to extract maximum value. Often they get posted back the same day they arrived......

For a little more than the cost of rental, you can own recent titles.

You must have a PayPal account to purchase DVD films. They are not copies and take about a week to arrive. I've bought may titles from this company and have never had cause to grumble.

just looked at that site BrumLee, and found Wallace And Gromit: The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit for only £3.84! but its region 3 and 6 :(
I have a multi region player but i swop with my friends and many of them dont
are there p&p charges or is the price inclusive of that?
