I'm sure that you will all be pleased to know that after loads of contact through the forum, I have actually met & shook hands with the legendary Bush Tucker Man.

(Legendary for all his terrible jokes & puns!).

We only live 'round the corner' & were on our way back from York & Wetherby.
We'd been there to try & go on the York Eye at the National Railway Museum, but it was absolutely heaving, so another day perhaps?
Called at Nun Monckton (http://community.webshots.com/album/190502805ZJiTow/1) to feed the Ducks, then onto Wetherby for Fish & chips from the Whaler sitting down by the Wharfe

I've met BTM a couple of times now, once at the BIG trucks rally near Wakefield (common interest).  I can't see what all the fuss is about, he's just like the rest of us, quite normal.....
