Hello all the last two days the 90 has been hard to get in reverse tonight it point blank said no.
Has anyone got any ideas what it can be, is there an easy fix "yeh right".
Ps not sure what box it is but it's a 2.5 na diesel. Thanks

that is just a typical lt77
but on a serious note try changing the oil
is it difficult to get in any other gears ?
when does the problem exist from cold or when the gearbox is warm ?

Have changed the oil 2 weeks ago, It the same cold or warm goes into other gears ok but can be a bit notchy. As you push the gear lever to reveres its as if the is no gear to go in "solid".

Sorted it was the reverse gate the bearing was not rising there for not allowing the gear stick to move over, tryed re greasing but now good so taken the bearing out and orderd a new unit.
I like it when there easy ones :D thought it might be somthing in the gearbox and big money :( .
Cheers Danny
