You will need a LT230 transfer box to mate to the R380 and there are several ratios to choose from.

Have a look at the details on Ashcroft's (http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/category_4.html) site for how to I/D the box and they have a ratio comparison chart here (http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/category_11.html).

You could go for a standard transfer box and change the ring & pinions in both diffs to a 4.11:1 ratio (http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/part_13.html) for the larger tyres. This alters both High & Low ratios on the final drive where as changing the transfer box ratio only effects the High gearing, Low is standard throughout the range.

i've got a transfer box from a 110 going spare, from a 300TDi, runs realy well, has factory fitted cross-drilled input gear.
was after £120 but £100 would do... PM or email me if you are interested.
