I need to borrow some kit please; if anyone local has a couple of trolley jacks and some spring retaining straps they would lend me, I'd appreciate it.

I've got one too Janie. How long do you need it for? Charity is up on axle stands at the minute so will need it back soon :wink:

Thanks chaps  :D  I need to clean my back brakes out and change my front pads; neither job can safely be done with a Hi-lift, which is all I have, I have a pair of 2 ton axle stands, which I've measured and as long as I can strap up the springs to stop them extending, they will be high enough. I'd like to do it some time next weekend, as I won't have time before then, but I need to get them done before Driffield, the week after.

i should be going to the show as well, the antichrist should be done for then hopfully. look out for the yellowist series 3 there!!

i have a troller jack and a 12 ton bottle jack you could borrow next weekend
