I have a 5 dr rrc lifted but want more axle clearance so I am thinking of changing tyres. But can anyone tell me which are the biggest I could fit.
Also which are bigger 33's or 85's. I have 31's AT's at the momment but want muds on 16" rims.

235x85x16 will fit with a 2 inch lift. Or you can go a little wider with a little arch trimming.

I have 33/12.50/15s on but I do have a 5" lift. 8)
You can trim the lip on 5 doors but lose the outer seal on the rear arch.
You could cut the rear door and fit D44 or similar arches but this is a big job on a 5 door and is fairly costly at £300 for the arch kit.
I am gonna fit some defender arches to mine when I decide where to cut the rear door.
Heres a couple showing the wheels.
It shows the front with the brooklands bumpers still fitted

235/85r16 tyres are nomianlly 32" diameter and will fit without too much fuss on a raised RRC, they are also a populare tyre size so come in a wide variety of tread patterns from mild to wild.
