Title: turn over without starting

Hi all ,i need to turn the engine over on the key without it starting to bleed the oil through the new turbo ,how can i sop it firing if you get my drift  :D

take the wire off the fuel injector pump, it wont allow any fuel through thus not letting it start

hi yes i found it ,but have much bigger problems similar to the subject in this forum (hydrauliced engine),not sure what to do next
