i have at last managed to get some picts of out disco on to the forum. now all i have to try is to get one on the mesage board by the side..







and they sat this is ment to be fun :(biglaugh):

To get a pic/avatar under your log in name......go into your "profile" at the bottom of the page it gives you the option to "browse" for an image.
The pic to be uploaded has to be a certain size....it mentions the size above the "browse" button.
I found the easiest way to reduce a pic down to the stated size was to go to www.download.com and download their "photoresizer 1.06", simple to use, just type in the height and click the resize button and save it.....then just upload it into your profile :wink: .

Even better tool is the imageresizer powertoy from Microsoft.

If your running Hexpee then goto:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Download and install the imageresizer powertoy.

Once installed just right click on an image and choose the resize option on the menu.  Window pops up with various options including custom size fields.  Click OK and your done.

Can even resize hundreds of photos if you select them first, then right click on the selection and choose resize.
