Here's one for you guys. What's the most useful thing you own, which cost under £30, and the same question for under £100?
Can be 4x4-related or not.

Under £30.00;
A spade.
Once when we went to that small wet country (Wales) and (legal to drive on) ventured onto Pendine Sands in Pembrokeshire, in an attempt to emulate Parry Thomas - but without the broken drive-chain, decapitation, crash, fire & subsequent breaking of legs to prevent cremation.
(sorry to be so graphic, but that's what happened)
About 4miles up the beach we hit soft sand, and yes, the tide was rapidly coming in :roll:
I would have paid £100.00 for a spade then, thankfully the £7.00 ARCO special worked just as well.
Up to £100.00;
A towbar. It helps to;
Pull the BWSOW & the trailer
Acts as a step
Prevents touch parking
Acts as a front crumple zone(for the other car) in the event of a rear-end-shunt :lol:
