Replacement front quarter to go in place, and already done the welding up the footwell, figured out why my carpet was getting wet though. Nothing to do with the rust, but the rubber grommet for the radio aerial was out, and it is below the drain hole for the screen run off
Just need a rain free day to put it back together
As for the wing removal, I took the door off to make life easier, bit heavy but easily removable, two clips on the top of the hinge pins and drift out the swing stop bar, also have to unplug the electrics and feed them out through the hole in the panel
The wing is hooked under the plastic trim near the screen pillar so have to slide it out carefully, but not to hard at all
