just thought i'd post a piccy of my first safety modification a perfect fit i'd say.

already thought of the pin rattlin off so took the rubber stop off and put some leccy tape round it seems to do the job and its the cheap stuff so should pull off with a good pull of the pin

im guessin thats for show as they are useless in a fire,been there done that,got a decent sized ratchet strapped down in the back o mine the now

its what i had lying about used to have it strapped to the roll cage of my mk1 escort RS2000 til a nice 7.5 ton wagon decided he liked my rear 1/4 and wrote it off

yours looks slightly more aggresive than mine though, should be able to get some box section from work this week and start building my rock sliders  :D

Nice job matey, stuck mine on the kick panel below the drivers seat.

Make sure you put an extra strap round it to lock it in as the metal clippy things are less than useless and an airborne fire extinguisher makes a truly excellent missile!
