For those of you who don't know already, my 90's been moth-balled for 3 months whilst I save up for her new chassis.
I'm lost without her, I'm getting withdrawal symptoms already, the yearning is getting hard to take, I need help.
Can anyone offer any advice, I need a good agony aunt.

I have got to put the 300 tdi engine back together by next week, you can come and do that for me while I go down the pub if you like.

I didnt realise that poor old Lola was that bad
Is it still in Ollies place?

No. Ollie was almost as upset as me when we moved her to her resting place. Nan's Garage, where she'll stay till I fix her.
It was a fine line (and still is) between fixing or scrapping the whole 90. I've basically got a sound nearside chassis rail but a rotton o/s rail. It neads at least a 12" section refabricating and to do this the rear tub etc will have to come off.
I/we thought that by the time I'd done that and thrown money at it just to get it through the MOT, I might as well do a proper job and give her a new galv chassis. Who knows what will eventually happen, only time will tell.
So shotgun it is for a while :?

Mace - didn't realise that things were that bad, have to sell a few more screws to pay for the new chassis :D
(PS - Cheque in the post)

I see a name change has occurred. Is this due to the lack of mudplugging itself? Will you change it back when winter sets in ?
Oh, the deliberation continues. The wife wants a Disco so the kids can join in. Anyone want a 90 with a knackered chassis but a fabulous G4 interior ? All looks and no legs, tut.

How much Andy?
pm please
