We spotted 3 tanks today being transported south bound on the M1.........looked a bit rusty to be worth transporting! Unfortunately I am far too slow with my phone camera and they were gone before I could get pics :(

could have been going to Donington to be refurbed.. we have a contract to move the shellls of the 'saracens???' from shotblasters to painters, weight about 9 1/2 tonnes stripped bare

Yes they may have been going to Donnington, I think we had just passed there...... but I could be wrong its been such a long day!

Good work Bezzabsa.
The General looks great!.
Its one of the joys of driving the slower vehicles.
All sorts of lovelys come crusing by.
There's nothing like hearing a V8 burble rumbling past.

Re; the Charger
There's a few replicas in this country (but only 1 original)
There's a 'G' plater in Derby, or was in 2004 (as it featured in 'Classic American')
Edit See this post (http://forums.mud-club.com/viewtopic.php?t=7692&highlight=churchill) for OS ref.
