Title: Part no. needed or part if you've got one - Disco rear seat

Hello, I'm looking for a seat mount for one of the dicky seats in the boot.

Its for the left hand (passenger side) seat and its the top left mount.
Take a look at the attachment for eactly what bit I need.


I came across part no: MXC6433LUN but this refers to the same part but mirrored for the top right corner of the driver side rear seat, I googled but didn't find any results for it.


So if you know the part number can you tell me? I'm willing to buy a kit with all the mounting parts if needed but ideally I'd just like this bit, also if you happen to have a spare one knocking around......

Just taken the rear seats out of our 200tdi, not sure what parts we kept hold of, but I can have a rummage through the shed if you don't need it too urgently.

had a look in my parts catalogue 1989-99 and it sez

bracket assembly-rearseat mount

mxc6432lun (to vin ja 034313)
mxc6432lnf (vin from ka 034314 to ma 104715)
btr9852pma (vin from ma104716)

Fram, it would be great if you had a rummage, I wouldn't want to take any bits off you that you might need if you ever want to put them back!

hi just phoned up my main stealers for ya apparently for the 200 the parts are discontinued only do them for the 300 now , i got a part number of btr9853pma and the price of those are 6.86 plus vat or you can try this site it is called partsgateway you put what you want and they send it to all scrap yards on there books and they contact you , used it a few times found it excellent and really good prices

defuzz, been out to have a look tonight and I presume the part you need is the one by the rear light cluster, if that is the case, then the part you are after is still on the wagon. Doesn't look too hard a job to get it off, just a case of removing the speaker and trim from the rear pillar, then it looks like there are 3 bolts holding it on.
If you wanted to PM me with your e.mail I can send you some pictures to make sure it's the right part.
