just went onto congestion charge web site wot a poor site
way to much info :(
all useless
got to take grandson to hospital and we have disabled badges and still have to pay

saw 5th gear tonight and the new lexus hybrid is exempt from the congestion charge

and its just as quick as an M5!

Not that i will ever go there, but I thought that disabled vehicles were exempt, obviously not :?

disabled vehicles only exempt if they have been registered with Transport for London.

This was free before the charge came in, now you have to pay a tenner. :x

I had to go into central london last month. I knew that the charge needed paying but i was pushed for time and i thought i would just pay over the internet when i got back to manchester later on. After long delays on the journey home i got back shortly after midnight, i got on the internet straight away but it was too late and i got hit with a £50 fine. It wouldn't be so bad but i hate the place and i certainly don't like paying £50 for the privelige of going. :evil:

I think most newsagents in central london take payment for the charge. We used to have to pay every single day as we lived in inside the congestion zone...... highway robbery...... as we had no choice in the matter :cry: .
