after an afternoons work on the old girl there are a couple of parts i'm light on so could really do with the part numbers please if anyone knows.
the temperature sender that gives the reading for the dash? the old one has a green strip on it,
a new stud, or bolt or what ever its called that bolts the alternator and water pump assembly onto the engine itself, its at the very bottom and i managed to round it off :x its about 2 inches in length1/2
and lastly a new gasket for the thermostat housing, had to remove this today and the gasket is kaput?
oh pictures might be good too make sure i'm describing them right :lol:
if anyone could help it would be much appreciated :D

Water pump gasket:
200tdi ERR388
300tdi ERR3284
2.0 mpi PFQ10001
V8 is a bit confusing. States water pumps as part ons. STC483 for carb engines and for efi engines upto vin LA, then STC4378 upto vin MA. It then says gaskets for STC483 is part no. ERR2428. Then it says gasket for water pump STC1693 is part no ERR4077.
Bit strange that, they don't actually mention an STC1693 water pump anywhere in the list of water pumps and they don't mention a gasket to fit the STC4378 water pump.
Temperature sender: for 200/300tdi, located in the thermostat housing. Green one is part no PRC9917, for an Mpi it's AMR1425.
As far as the bolt is concerned either ask Landrover main dealer or if you've got it out see if you can match the thread somewhere.
