I need to find a sollution to this.............as my wheels catch the arch's on full articulation :(

Where are they catching mate? Can't you do a bity of trimming and rolling the edges under.
Steel lip at lower front of rear arch can be a problem on full articulation.
You have extended the bump stops I take it ?

Already cut a good bit off em but would like to fit the defender style.......i have a full set of new defender plastic arch's but there no where close and dont have the guts to cut that much without seeing one done first.

Didnt want to lift it anymore  .........might have to or just butcher the arch's

Didn't want to go higher myself, could be getting into dodgy prop territory and castor correction if we do . . . . . arch cutting looks a better and less expensive option at the moment.

Yeah.........very true.........i know some would say you should have done it before the lift but you can get away with a lot........i didnt want to lift it anymore as this car is also my recovery truck for the buisness and does travel some miles on and off the roads.
The fibre glass arch's (like devon4x4 ones) dont flex......thus not practicable........defender ones are but you need to fabricate another return flange on the wing which is where the trouble starts............think its possible but ive never tried and dont think the disco is the place to start.

Just ordered a set of 320lb Brit part rear springs from Paddocks, if this doesn't lift it enough then i will have to trim the arches. Lee
