Been out laning today in North Yorkshire with a mate and his family and I think this picture sums it up quite well - FUN :D  :D  :D

Fantastic photo - that's what it's all about.  Brings back a few memories of family laning trips.  Haven't been laning in years...

I think I would just curl up and die if I couldn't go laning every so often, it's what I live for :)

I know what you mean, but I live for racing now, and get my fix of the outdoors at a slower pace through walking, cycling and setting up events!

If I had some spare time I would like to do a little more laning.
