Dave Mac Propshafts in Coventry - no web address, but his number is on yell.com

Less than half the price of 'prop-resellers'. He'll make what you want and advise you if it isn't actually what you you need. Dave Mac made mine 3 years ago (at least) and I've not touched it since save for the odd regrease. Pretty sweet.

It's all he does.

Cheers

Cheers guys...........looks like i need to make a few phone calls.

What would be the advantage with a DC prop over the wide yoke ?.....4" lift.

Dc and wide yolk is a better combination. The dual cardon tend to avoid vibration problems.
When you lift the car the reason for vibration is nothing to do with the yolks. The problem is that you misalign the transfer output with the diff nose. These should be at the same angle that way the natural 'pulsing' of the propshaft is minimised. The more you lift without correcting this the more problems you encounter...thats why people buy castor corected front arms as this realigns the steering geometry and the diff nose at the same time.
With a 4 inch lift i wouldnt be surprised if the standard propshaft isnt near its operatiing limits.
