Mad, crazy
What a waste
I thought they were responsible when i saw them draging away the wreck at the beginning, but no...........
I just hope that isn't stolen (and the owner sees it).
-
 mental!!!
I'd say you see too many faces for it to be stolen though
Jeff
-
there are other vids of theirs on there with the same jeep so doubt its nicked.
mad
-
well at least it was only a jeep
-
completly barmy. But what makes me think that it was stolen? m mmmmm i wonder!? and i wonder whether or not it was on private land or just in some local woods. as there was some burnt out shells of previous cars already there.
-
fair play to jeep, i wonder how a landy would do in those guys hands.
did feel quite sorry for the car when it finally died. :(

its a shame that things like this happen as the anty 4x4s will say that is how all of us behave and not that these ????? persons have only 4 brain cells betwen them this is what the antys are looking for to show us as a load of wa.,.,s hell bent on destruction . i hope that if it is stolen then the old bill finds the vid and can get these nuts nicked . it is such a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and they say this is ment to be fun :(biglaugh):
-
From what I saw of the jeep at the start of the video, it was a pretty tidy one to begin with. Someone probably had spent a lot of time looking after it, only for it to end up being trashed like that in the end.
-
I cant imagine any one doing that to their own motor i would say it was nicked and the people involved want nicken for there actions its P***ks like that, that get us a bad name :smack: :smack: ](*,) :x
-
they show the number plate, that would be asking for it if it was stolen.
My theory, trying to do a "Jackass" style video, probably picked the Jeep up as an MOT failure for 200 quid, it may have looked decent but the video wasn't that great quality, there could have something wrong internally that wasn't worth the hastle of re-MOTing it, just my theory
-
I used to own a black on of them. It was built like a brick. On a day out at Telford, my m8 stood it on its nose and we had to get somone to push it back onto its wheels. Damage - NONE
It bit the dust when it was rear ended on the motorway by a pair of fully loaded transits. It got lifted into the air and came down on the first transit and removed its front frame complete with engine and box. It was still drivable.
With the damage to the car in the video, they must have done a lot more to it than we see.
No matter what is origins, its a real weaste of a good motor.
I am now a pure LR fan, but this, for some reason, is a Jeep advert I realy like

as richard says ...£200 for an mot failure...between say 5 of em...its a lot cheaper than a 'red letter day'....
-
Nutters !
Would like to think it wasn't nicked and it was private woodland
And all the pigs are fully fuelled and ready to fly
-
Stupid chavs
-
Why
how do you stop TRO's with people like that....... :!: :!:
Private land or not still stupid..........
-
mad lads in a jeep
Should read: Fu**ing Idiots in a Jeep.
-
Just more amunition for the Anti's - people like these are the main reason greenlaning is being outlawed for law abiding, responsible 4x4 drivers. These sorts will just carry on as if nothing has changed.
As always the miniority will spoil it for the majority.
Jeep probably isn't stolen- these things come up real cheap all the time- 4.0L engine and pricey spares don't help.
-
As always the miniority will spoil it for the majority.
And as my mother says, you can't legislate for the ARSE HOLE.
-
wonder whos the nice red misti was in the bottom of the pic when he jumped the jeep into the cars. Looked like a local scum bag hangout going by the amout of assorted prats stood around near the end.
-
I wonder if the ramblers moan about what 4x4 owners will think of them if they see somebody running and jumping in a field instead of walking
-
Eh...........
Excuse me lads but i think you are a bit quick to jump on the "more ammo for the antis" caper,
last year at D4 had a few scrappers there for playing with funnly enough bought for buttons & strangely after 3 days of abuse still going, also this year same thing & i for one was planning on the same, just thinking its nice of you all to jump on the "stolen" "idiots" bandwagon
-
:(scared): r thay crazy or stupid more likly nicked? looks like fun tho :D
-
Well, you wouldnt do 10% of that abuse to a land Rover, before a half shaft went, or diff blew.
But i still love em.
-
interesting video
looks like it was filmed over a few days some with tailgate some without ect
i like the aloy wheel spliting and the tyre refit
did stand up well to the punishment though give jeep an even better name
not that i would own one
-
lol cmon guys if you had the chance to thrash a jeep you would wouldnt you?
i would yes it got a hammering but if its there jeep no harm dun! every1 on here goes off road and gives there jeep stick, and if it breaks we get it fixed they just broke it for good!

My point was - whatever they're up to (legal or otherwise) someone is sure to take it of context.
Personaly I reckon they're on private land with a scrap Jeep - but to the casual viewer (or Mr Anti 4x4 in particular) it just looks like irresponsible 4x4 driving louts trashing cars and damaging woodland (yes they ran thing into several trees). What ever they're up it doesn't look good and won't help the cause of responsible offroad driving in the UK.
Just more fuel for a fire that we really don't need feeding anymore.....
-
First Jeep I ever felt sorry for :D Though as mentioned te anoraks will find a way to take it out of context legal or not.
-
I nearly cried at the end. Poor Jeep!
-
They're pretty good mountain bikers, though - the guys in the other movie by the same are pretty smooth riders.
Not my discipline, but I know a good rider when I see one!
Alaric.
-
nuts but i must admit this looks fun :D
