Title: Canoeing in Northhampton

I've seen this (http://members.mud-club.com/profiles/Jake/gallery/jake22/7/a69896e23f84f7ddc6e18fc8ed8f90e8.jpg/) loads of times now and it looks like a laugh.
Its right next to the A45 (south side) not far before the M1 junction (16)
Has any one been?
Is it a turn up and have fun thing or pre book/corporate affair?
