on the down side there is only 43 days of my holiday left
(Cue comments about how teachers never work and are over paid etc etc ...just makes you jealous doesn’t it?)
-
Your a teacher at a guess??? lol
-
Ya, but I can take my holidays any time I want, and thats mainly when the kids are a school!!
-
lucky so and so  not to worry i will just think of all that marking you have to do as well
-
I've been off since Friday 30th & sadly go back on Wednesday, I also had a 3-week holiday in May
'Small Child' finished her school-term on Tuesday 4th & is off for 9weeks
-
Yeah, kids in yorkshire are having 9 weeks off to bring them in line with the term times of lancashire and other places :D so they have been off for 3 weeks already!
-
I still have another 9 weeks before we jet off to the USA and I dread the kids being off school as I work for the local housing association servicing gas fires & boilers in tenants houses. The kids can be a pain in the A*** when I'm trying to get on with my work :x

My kids did their last day of term on Friday and are off for the next 6 weeks.
I shall be taking a day off in the week and we will visit the Royal Welsh Show.
I have no idea what to do with them for the other 5 weeks.

The state school over the road from us is still going
I'm glad in a way the holidays are so long, it means the schools bills are smaller each term
