Well I think I found where the water was coming in  ,
Not as bad as it looks only took 2 hour's to get the old floor out cleanded up ready for the new one & should take about the same to get the new steel welded in tomorrow night, took two of us 9 hour's on saturday (both experiecnced panel beaters) to cut out the inner & outer sill's & make new one's (nice & flat now) bring on the MOT  ,
Found a whole family of LR spider's (LARGE spiecies) living behind the side trim's, have rehomed them behind the dash for now
