After mowing down the jungle of grass after moving in - I have found lots of holes in my back garden!
Plan to fill them in after off roading and bringing back plenty of earth

Current garden - weeds with a couple of plants hiding in there.
Garden of new house - grass, some weeds and a shed!!

Its the ex-mod 2.5n/a 90 & beyond that is the garage with the kubota 2400 tractor for mowing the lawns, beyond that is the 2nd garage with the westwood T118 (also for cutting lawns) & beyond that is the old dairy with various attatchments for the kubota & various trailers/toyota landcruiser amazon.
TRUG is the only vehicle i own, all the others belong to my boss (although i do get to use them in my work capacity)
For all you dodgy geezers out there.... its all camera'd and each vehicle has trackers.... plus dogs run free at night..... the missus is also pretty handy with a baseball bat and shotgun

dont warn them - just sit in the garage now with the 12 bore and wait until you get a late night visit
its called vermin control
-

The Aston and the Landcruiser go back to London tomorrow PM
-
See now there's a plus point of, as part of the job, being an authorised vehicle inspector - I can stop any car (provide some interesting justification) and then test drive it - erm to make sure it is legally in proper running order and complies with the law of course!
So where do you normally drive this Aston? erm just wondering ......
Although I think poaching in another area might make my boss want to chew me up and get me to direct traffic on a dead end road
-
Berwickshire to London..... usually A1/M1 but now i know your after a tester i'll take one of the various country/back road routes
-
Got to drive a porshe boxter back to the ranch a few months back - I was deeply dissapointed  The funny part was though pulling up at traffic lights and looking at the boy racer's faces - you could just see the "oh god no are they driving them now!!" expresion
-

normally up by me any 1 spotted driving a boxster is met with "see you couldnt afford a real porsche"
& those in mr2's (the curvy ones) are met with "see you couldnt even afford a boxster"

Yup the boxter is the poor mans porsche hehe. Don't hairdresser's drive MR2's
-
ive always regarded vitara wideboys, audi TT's,Mr2's as hairdressers cars, guess what my hair dresser has had throughout the years
-
Hmmm not sure I agree with the Audi TT thats a nice car and even Jeremy Clarkson likes it (surely thats it's greatest saving grace lol) erm but I wouldn't have one - gimme a Shelby Mustang GT500 and I'll probably wake up and eat my cornflakes ten minutes later
-
Nah TT's are definately girls cars.
Real men drive RS6's 8)
I wont tell you how many astons I used to pick up when I did specialist recovery !
Them and BMWs.
Pah.....
Only LR's were either new and being delivered or the prototypes as they were tested locally. 8)
Picked up the rangie sport when the computer fried testing it off road.
Had to have LR driver in lorry to incase I tried to teke photos.
One chap did and was sacked when pics showed up in autocar !
-
Erm ok went a bit off topic there - but judging by the earlier comments - when I move into my new house I'm putting a spoiler on my shed - I refuse to be outdone by hot tubs and aston's - oooh and I'm even gonna paint a go faster stripe on it and - erm yeah ok I'll get my coat
-
Mine has resembled a scene from scrap heap challenge in recent months
but i must say the piles are gradually going down
see thread Series 3 rebuild by stanton boy :D
-
i want a hot tub! my foot spa and paddling pool arent quite the same

You should cross the water to Germany then...
Pursuit cops used to drive porsche 911's... Green & white with disco lights... oh yeah... and the insurance said they had to wear bike leathers & helmets.... or is that just a German thing?!
-
German Autobahn police uses Audi RS6s as chase cars... mainly as it's a 2 tonne family estate that can carry all the gear, do 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and motor on to a (De-restricted) 180+ MPH. Not many supercars could really get legs on it!
My back garden contains No Land Rover bits, No hot tubs, just a rabbit hutch, 3 sheds and some of that green stuff that dies when you spill oil on it!
-
Loula...........
Judging by the way Chris Entered the pub last night...........
Are we talking about the same piles :?: :?: :?: :?:
:(biglaugh): :(biglaugh): :(biglaugh): :(blackeye):
-
:P :P
Looked like a little pile had disappeared up his t-shirt.....
Dieting and exercise machines were mentioned
But.....To get back to the topic that started this thread
All I've got is a kids shed covered in camoflage netting.......
Well, I think it's still there  :)
-

Hope he wasn't rattling too much then - theres some pretty big bits
Yes DIETING is a big word in our house but Chris doesn't seem to grasp that if you eat healthly followed by several beers its not quite going to work
But i can say he gets plenty of exercise
-
Well, I've got weeds and brambles in mine; but I can't disturb the Wildebeeste whilst they're nesting!!
On the subject of driving fun cars; did I tell you I had a play in a Vauxhall Monaro the other week? 5.7 V8 :(biggrin): That was FUN!!!
-
the wife keeps telling me that at the bottom of or garden in the garage is my last unfinished project, but hey i cant see it from the bar
(who needs a plastic car anyway!!!)
-
Let's see, there's;
8' diameter trampoline
'Chalet'
Rabbit Hutch
Guinea-Pig Hutch (& interlinked run for both)
Swing & slide
Swinging-chair/bench
table & benches
(all 'Small-Childs')
2 sets of Tables & chairs
18' x 16' double garage (tall enough to get a 101FC with a roof-rack through the door)
14' x 8' workshop (allegedly.... but full of gardening paraphanalia)
Thousands of pot-plants (including disgusting smelling Geraniums :x )
The 110, as SWMBO is over at the 'Posh PortaCabin' (so her Mondeo is missing)
Apologies for camera shake, but I took them at 21:10, & the light was fading.
