I have 4 ring driving lights on the rack . They werent a fortune and give a more focused beam than the square fogs that most bars come with.

PUX don't think you can go far wrong with 100w WIPACS at about £36-£40 a pair cheap enough to smash and not bother about too much. I used to have 4xSafari 5000's but at £80 each I decided to get rid and got four for the price of one of them?!??!! :D  :D  :D

If the beam pattern is ok. then how about just buying uprated bulbs? IIRC you can get 130 Watt H3's. EDIT  Explorer uk  (http://www.explorerprocomp.co.uk/acatalog/LightsAccesories_LightsSwitches.html) Does a 130 watt H# bulb 6 quid each i'm sure there is cheaper out there.

Elsewise i'd have to agree the lightforce lights are really nice. see  HERE  (http://www.devon4x4.com/shop.php?mode=browse&sitelang=en&cat=1&subcat=4) But maybe talking to the bank first might be an idea.

Other options is having what Bully has and getting a QT light pod on the bonnet which has 4 road runner spots which you could uprate the bulbs in so to give more light.

Just an idea

I used to have a set of the 100w wipac 8" spots on another motor. They are great for the money and have good light output but they don't half rust quickly. I would buy them again but i would spend a bit of time repainting the casing and sealing them before i fitted them.
Why do inexpensive light have cheesy grills with 4x4 writen on them?

I love my KC Daylighters - never let me down and really effective.  130w sealed beam - in case you get in too deep!
