Here we go again
Seriously though, the LSE was getting a bit hot under the collar whilst on holiday with the BWSOW. Fine at 60 (ish  ) but if I got stuck behind something and had to slow it got hot. Didn't like hills but hell who does? and it was hot weather.
Anyway I had a chat with Kenlowe, who were really helpfull. I'd done most of the stuff on their checklist but I decided to flush the rad, check the timing and the vicous fan. Well the rad was clean, the viscous fan works but is getting tired, but some t!t had set the timing to 0 deg, rather than 8.
Well hell fire, I though it was fast before, now it just runs out of road

so, was the problem retared timing then, or does it still overheat?

I had a similar experience when I found my advance diaphragm was NG and fitted new one. Been knackered since I bought it approx 15 months

So far so good but I'm taking the BWSOW into the dealer so we'll see then.......

Did you try back flushing the rad and heater matrix to see if there is a build up of mucj in there?
or maybe a weak hose is sucking in at the sides restricting the flow?
Just a couple if general ideas off the top of my head

I'd checked the outside of the rad, I've since flushed the heating system, checked the comprseeion a month ago anyway, all seems fine. The timing being 8 degrees out seems to be the culprit, it runs fine now, even with the 'van on but it's so powerfull it's starting to smoke the BFG ATs now :?
