ok, heres the thing, i got a landy the other day, new to me but 21 years old.

she doesnt have a name, and i was wondering if you guys could post some names on that would be good for a landy!!

no, cos i only got her last week!! but i can describe, ok, 200 TDI, 8 extra lights, yellow roof (dont know why, i guess he liked the camel trophy and the sun mussed have worn the orange into yellow!!)

:D mines called Lady Jane named after the wife and the dog (not in that oder though.LOL.) Though more than once i've called it after the three letters in the reg no. FRB which you can guess which words..

Hi,

Just let one develop.....The right name for your Toy will one day just spring out at you  :wink:  It took a couple of weeks and a set of new big tyres and other bits before some said it looked like a Tonka Toy, and its stuck....

:) I chose the names for our Landys - "Mr T" for my Disco because he is very dark and blingy.  The double cab was slightly more difficult but "Tonto" was decided on as he is silver as in Silver the horse from the Lone Ranger and the Red Indian helper was Tonto, a bit of convoluted connection there.  My last Disco was called "Monty" as he was an M reg and Montpelier Red.  Post some photos of your vehicle.

My landrovers all have names not unlike most others though my favorite is 'BINT' it's a LWT (air portable) and has been with my family for some 30yrs now so the name kind of just IS.

As an aside call it 'Moneypit'............'Nomoreexpensiveholidays'............'Deeppockets' :lol:
