A big thanks  To J Downing and Bronco 4x4 for finaly refunding £514.37 for 4 Grizzly claws that I purchased in August 2005......Its been nearly 12 months ,I feel a little justified ,but not Satisfied....?
Thanks to all that have contributed over the twelve months , you know who you are .

That front tyre doesnt look too healthy, or is it just the picture?
-
Also if the goods were faulty 12 months is a bit long to wait for a refund, its very bad business practice.
-
Just to step in here ;-)
There is a fairly long story behind this, the facts of which Jas may or may not be sharing. Sufficed to say, I'd like to avoid any speculative posting, or anything which could be considered libellous as we have been contacted on a number of occasions and been asked to remove content by certain companies.
Ta :-)

Fair enough, dont know the story behind it, just to clarify, my point is against any company that takes a long period of time to refund for faulty goods (i presume they are faulty) so not digging at any one company :D

Just glad hes got it sorted at last.

Glad to hear the money has been refunded Jas.
The golden rule is to persevere if you know you're right. Trading Standards is there for your benefit and have helped me on a few occasions, and in my opinion the only government agency that are worth their weight in gold 8)

hello mate, Next time we have a beer I will tell you the whole story, unfortunatly Trading Standards did nt come through 100% on this one , and tobe honest ,the whole case was a bit of a shambles ,but still hoping something canbe sorted out to guarantee peoples safety .
