I have discoverd by using the 'blink' test that I have 2 u/s wheel sensors
Following extensive internet searching after the shock at the price of replacements it would appear that they are available direct from Wabco at a considerably reduced price.
Here comes my question, does anybody either know the part numbers(not the stc no's) or where I might be able to find them.
Many thanks
Pete

Hi. Sorry but just following up your post. I'm still trying to get the blink test to work! Was yours from the later OBDII socket or the blue plug? My Relays have been mixed up so need to know colour and number of wires going into it to help identify? Can you help? Cheers, Andy

Hi Andy,
Eventually I worked out that my system was the OBD one. A variety of sources lead me to finding that in the 16 pin OBD socket, pin 4 (black) and pin 16(black/green)need to be 'shorted' in order to complete the blink test.
My relays were also mixed up but the one you are interested in is the one with 2 black, 1 black/green, and 1 brown/red wires.
For the codes and their meaning refer to the 300tdi ABS thread.
Hope this helps

Cheers for that Pete. Errrrr guess what? None of those colours you gave match up with any relay. My wire 16 is white/red! My haynes is now in the bin! What a load of rubbish. How on earth can they not stick to consistant colours. Did you sort yours by 'hit n miss'? I'm just frightened I might Fry something.
Apologies for dragging on all but if you've been here you know what I'm feeling right now.....it is not expressed in one of those 'emotionyellow face symbols!
Thanks
Andy

Andy I can fully sympathise with your frustrations it does seem madness that there can be so many differences in a short production period.
Rather than trial and error for the same fears as frying things as you, I dropped lucky with 'google'. I dont now what else to suggest any body else have any ideas?
