well that wasn't so hard after all, just time consuming.
I've just replaced the floor in (muddy)James's 300 tdi Disco. Pretty much all the edges had gone. I got James to get a replacement floor from Paddocks but a word of warning - it doesn't have the same reinforcements as the originals. Also if the floor has gone you may also need to replace the two extra support brackets - one had gone on James's car which I'm hoping a replacement can be found else I guess I'll be making one sometime soon!
If you do need to do it and want some pointers, let me know.

you can buy the 2 supports from britpart,did a disco floor at work last week & had to replace them

talking of replacing the boot floor, can anyone tell me where/if i can get a repair piece for the box section part that the tailgate rubber fits to as mine has found religion........ got holey :wink: :lol:

Check the common faults section as denviks posted on floor replacement n there.

where's the common faults section?
I'd be tempted to make a new flange with a piece of thin angle or just make your own, however if it's gone that bad, it might mean problems elsewhere.
If you're passing and you're not a welder I'm happy to do it for you :)
