Fitting a disco 200 tdi engine into a td 90 .
downed tools due to hunger
-
should be running by now
did you use a steve parker exhaust or fab your own downpipe?
-
got a steve parker one - didnt fancy spending a week trying to fabricate one!
just got to chop out the inner wing now to give some room for the intercooler hoses, and work out the routing.
then still got to make up an air filter assembly
and sort out the clutch feed pipe as i chopped it off the bulkhead at the bracket but i have to work out how best to secure it.
oh, fuel pipes to extend as well so that the filter can be secured on the bulkhead
....and the glow plug wiring
......and the rad mount to chop down
..........and chop down the exhaust to meet up with the SP downpipe
.............and theres probably more!
any useful tips on this will be greatly appreciated!
