Good on ya.. read ya 1st post JULY 7TH.. so just over 2 months ;)
1 question tho' would SLIMFAST do the same job????

no it wouldn't mate (nowhere near the loss speed)

slimfast is a much slower version and it doesnt work the same way

the diet im on bans carbs basically.

i will scan a sample packet of what i drink and you can see how much vitamins goes in each drink

the ingredients reads something out of a natural grower's nightmare.. its this flavouring and that enhancer but think about it if you introduced proper food into the drinks/bars it would introduce carbs/sugar etc.

tell you what if you are serious about it go to tesco and pick up the Lighter Life magazine, its out every 2 months and the new one has just come out.  yes its aimed at women but arent all diet mags?

it tells you how it works and tells you where your nearest meeting is, plus gives you recipies which look damn tasty.

its 10 weeks actually

started 8th july
and its now 9th sept so calendar wise its 2 months but i think its 10 weeks

i am doing 12 then doing the mgt course which is fun :)

Well Done! S.Y.L - the pics are amazing.

I'd be interested in knowing what your diet looks like - may give it a go myself.

I've been trying to lose 10 stone of excess flab for about 5 years.  Can't get her to sign the divorce papers though.

its easily done though let the weight creep back up

but i know that in future i will have to monitor it closely for the rest of my life.

i am starting to play squash once a week now with a mate and cycle too

missus isnt impressed being dumped with the kids though

oh dear ;)
