"Prospects" from about 1984/5  Starred the guy who is now in 2.4 children (or summat) as an 18 year old trying to make a bob or 2. Darkly funny. Also co stared a black guy who I have seen quite a few times but cant place him in a modern show

The Secret Life Of Machines (http://www.secretlifeofmachines.com/) was the most fantastic programme EVER shown on TV. Anyone remember it? They have an exhibition at the Science Museum at the moment & it's fantastic.

The littlest hobo is on life tv (sky) on sundays  at 11ish. I used to love it as a kid but as always seeing it now is rubbish (really bad quality film). You have to sing along to the theme tune though. :lol:

Bring back mooncat!

Firstly, we'll have any Quinn Martin production, if only for the epilogue.

But every channel (and there's only four in my house), should be legally obliged to show a nightly edition of any of Chris Morris's satire programmes (The Day Today, Brass Eye, Jam, Nathan Barley).

'Decisive Weapons', especially the one about the longbow. Beautifully narrated by Sean 'BLADES' Bean.

Oh!, and that show from many moons back 'The Car's the Star', with that bloke Quentin Clarkson. You know, the greased back hair one who looks like what he is, a second hand motor trader. Spoke very highly of Landys in that particular edition.

I'd also pay good money to see one of the defining moments in Saturday night light entertainment. The time when my numbers came up and I won a tenner, courtesy of machine Lancelot.

Yours, the money ruined me,

I've got that very episode on video downstairs :D

It starts off with the Cinematic 109" & he's watching an 'overlayed' epside of 'Last Of The Summer Wine', with Cleggy driving Wesleys 109" Truck-Cab

Oh & Drew.........
You have an offer via e-mail.

'Coltranes, Planes & Automobiles'

I've got the book & some of the series on tape

The V8 episode sticks in the mind for;
The visit to the Don Garlits museum & firing up the Hemi powered Nuclear Warning Siren :lol:  :lol:
The gorgeous 32 deuce he's running about in

Diesels episode for;
The semi & his wranglings with the gearbox :lol:
The Big marine diesels

Steam for the Victoria Falls visit :D

Jets for his flight in a Meteor & the toasting Marshmallows in the afterburner :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

And as for the pesky 2-strokes :x  :twisted:  :x  :twisted:

Plus, don't forget the 'Coltrane In A Cadillac' series where he drove across the States

Why not??
One of the satellite channels showed 'Alf Garnett' recently (post death of the 'Silly Old Moo')
That's the episodes with 'Marigold', the gay, black home-help

I'll bet we won't see 'Love Thy Neighbour' back though??

That's even though Eddie/'SnowFlake'(?) tended to come off worst, & their wives got along perfectly well
