I had problems with it not finding a cd out of the stacker. it would pul the cd out but the laser wouldnt pick it up. if I went off roading it would work again!
Then it went wrong again so i pushed the cassette in and ejected a couple of times. now it wont give the cd cassette back at all. is there an overide button to release it as I want my cd's back!
Anyone got a cd player for sale? Its a sony oneit that helps. original to car i believe

I still have the multi changer mounted under my seat.
I dont use it anymore due to having a Sony Mp3 player.
Any good to you?

If it is the sony one that I can plug directly into mine that would be absolute ace Jake. How much do you want for it?
In your driving do u go near daventry or banbury?

You'll need to take the Changer out of the car to get your CDs back. Chase the cable back towards the dash, theres a multi pinned connector not far up the cable that just pulls apart. Unscrew the unit from the under seat rail.
Now take the case apart. Don't worry - its easy, look for the obvious bigger screws holding the case. One you have the lid off look around the back of the cassette bay and there is a lever you can push with a screwdriver which will release the cassette - assuming of course there's not one stuck half in/out.
Whilst its apart you might spot what's wrong! The mechanism is lots of nylon gears, if they're shredded then its a gonner but yo never know :)

sounds cool. i would like my cd player working again as the radio only picks up bbc r2,4,bbc northants and radio 1 unless ur on a hill then it might pick up something a bit better but soon looses it lol. got bored of my tapes now
