well she arrived today, not as nice as id expected and realised straight away something was missing!, i wasnt in when it was dropped off i was fetching an engine from peterborough so when i got back all excited i saw straight away the wheels had been changed!, well thank you very much i thought, what a git, i bought the landy as seen in the first picture now its on the worst tread tyres ive ever seen, anyway for what i paid for it i can hardly moan,

first thing i did today was jet wash it off underneath etc to find not one single hole in the chassis and 3 small holes on the bulkhead which can be welded up,, 2nd was to take off the wrecked front wings which took ages as all the bolts were rusted up, anyway heres what it looked like before and after todays big bashing ;-)

cant get over how quiet the engine is! shame about the horiffic noise the gearbox makes!

Those tyres in the first picture were unlikely to be road legal anyway so if the others are in ok nick he may have done you a favour.  Good look with the project.

Thats looking great, must of put in loads of work.
One thing I'd add, when off roading often filler falls out! I hope you've primed it well be sticking it on, but hey a few dents look fine.......its called character building :?

its well easy to do, i originally bought the aerosol tins of it but like i said never used them so thought id put them to good use, just wire brush all the loose dirt and rust off then fire away, its as easy as that, i waxoiled them first but as it stays tacky i gloss painted over them after but theres no need to do that unless youve got some gloss lying around??
