all being well I am returning to the Green oval 'fold' thanks to a fellow member.. (no names yet ;) )
but just opened my emails to find someone offering me a 300 Tdi 5 door 7 seat Disco 1996  :evil:
like bloomin buses..wait for ages then 2 come along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

without saying too much - incase things go bouncy things up!
ones a 110 csw, snorkel, roof rack, good tyres low-ish  miles turbo diesel.mid 80's
disco is bog standard 1995/6 M reg 150k miles and its white!!
also been ofered a 200 Tdi disco G reg, shed loads done to it
all in exchange (outright ) for my 1999 td zafira

Somebody told me you were getting a Land Rover for the wife.
Can't fault that as a good swap, say yes straight away.

The Disco's probobly make more economic sense, but come on, the TD 110 is just so much more cool ;) !!

also disco prices have fallen like a lead balloon - whereas 110's seem to hold ontothem quite well...realisticall i am losing 2-300 on the deal - but as no one had offered me cold hard cash its all academic!!!
PLUS ITA A 110 :D:D:D:D:D:D:

Personally I'd go for the 110 having replaced the sills on an 1990 Rangie that wasn't fun... and you can get the chassis parts for a 110 if it comes to it.. try buying an outrigger for a Disco or Rangie.
