You still exist!!!!
When's the Rif Raf Division going to see you again?
Good luck with the training.

..and that place in Liverpool is known as the Ford factory Halewood which shall also be manufacturing Freelanders.
Personally knowing someone who's doing this course and has nearly finished, I don't think it's all that great and there may be trouble lying ahead if Land Rover is indeed sold by Ford while you are still completing your course. But whatever floats your boat I suppose.

words of encouragement there Rich
I am well jealous and would love a job with Land Rover. Well to be honest any job would be nice at the moment!

hey jim!how longs the apprenticeship?havin just completed mine after 4 long hard years i know the fun that lies ahead for you!the down side is that for the next 3years you will basically be doing oil and filters wkith the occasional change ie,brake reline or clutch/g/box.
this is spoken from expieriance, service technician basically means we take off old broken parts and fit new!not really repair thats why they don't call us mechanics!but at the end of the day hat off to ya,at least your not sittin on your arse getting paid for watchin trisha from my hard earned wages, unlike so many scroungers in todays world!
hope to c ya at the next pub meet!
