That may be difficult. I assume the limitations are due to the sites public liability insurance. You may find they are not allowed to let under 17's drive :(

but from wot i can understand the legal age to drive on private land is 13 and without any sort of licence i first drove when i was 14 at a banger racing course and there were police everywhere but i was allowed to but i suppose its up to the owners of the land if i cant then its a shame but ill just take my rangie banger racing lol 8)

at slroc driving days all persons in a vehicle must sign on & any1 under the age of 17 can drive in the designated driving area for young persons under the super vision of a responsable adult(thats me knackered).although if u can drive responsably nobody minds if u drive elswhere.

Have a look at the Langdale Quest site they used to let over 14's drive some of their motors.

When I lived in London there was an old disused airfield that had be set up to contain roads, crossings, traffic lights. In fact most things you'd find on a normal trip out.
Anyone was allowed to drive under supervision as long as they could reach the peddals. Think I was about 10 at the time so I'm going back a year or 40.
There was however plenty of disclaimers sign posted all over the place. It was an excellent place to learn and my mates Dad used to take us there every weekend. I put that experience down to helping me pass my test first time a week after my 17th.
Ahh, those were the days :)
