It's the new exercise routine everyone's talking about!

Get under the vehicle, twiddle the handbrake adjuster, sit up, stand up, check the handbrake lever, down again, twiddle, sit up, stand up...

It's like a combination of situps and step aerobics.  Great for your abs and posterior!

I'm knackered now...

:D And don't forget the take it up the road after a mile you hear it catching go back home and repeat!!!! :lol:  :lol:
