Title: Genuine Dog Guard/Seats Folded

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if the genuine dog guard (for genuine dogs!) can be used with the seats folded forward?

This is because I want one for safety when carring full load (eg rubbish to the tip).  If not "out of the box" has anyone modified one to clip/screw to the folded forward seats?

Finally is there any other ecomendation of a guard for this requirement.

Not sure about genuine LR ones, but with the Bearmach one fitted to Mrs R's Td4, dog guard fits over the rear seat retaiing clips and inbetween the rear seat bench .... thus the seats hold it in place. It also 'screws in' to the mounting points on the floor for the tie-down D-rings using a thumb-wheel arrangement.
