Title: Leaking water under floor mats! Help!

:? Got a disco 300tdi and since weve had it, it leaks water under the rubber mats in the front and back. We think it may leak when we put the airconditioning on? Any suggestions? Thanks (we are not technical wizards)

Check under the dash (probably passenger side) as there could be a split hose causing the problem. On older vehicles the condenser unit is behind the passenger dash and if there is a problem with the operation of the condenser it so,metimes leaks water (not air con gas/fluid you'll be glad to hear!) into the passenger footwell.

One quick fix would be to extend the problem outside the vehicle till a proper diagnosis/repair can be arranged.

thats also what i thought but thought better check with u lot first. where would the condenser be on a 300 tdi s reg and how/where would the best place to get to it? thanks :D
