hi there can any one help me or explain how to resize images cos cant post any pics plus how do i post in my gallery and one last one how do i put video on the site as well any help appriecated :D

Best way to resize images is to use and sort of image viewer like photoshop or if you dont have one download a free one like irfanview. You can usually find a simple resize function in the tool bar and then when you have made them smaller if you save them as jpeg rather than bmp this will also reduce the size so you can post them on here. Not sure if you can post video on here, I think generally people post them on googlevideo or youtube and then post a link to them on here. Posting in the gallery...... click on the bit that says photos under your post above and then sign in to the new page it opens........ this way you should be able to creat a gallery if I remember correctly :D
