Well they say that immitation is the best form of compliment dont they?
The top photo is of the breather kits I make and have been for the past year or so. The main difference of my kits is the small hexagonal manifold
as opposed to the big blocky things other people sell.
The second photo is one I found on e-bay recently?
and here are a couple of quotes from the page
This aluminium hexagon shaped breather manifold is proberly the best looking manifold in the world.
Then run the single 8mm black pipe that is supplied with the best looking manifold in the world
And here is the best bit This is the only breather kit like this on the market
should I take it as a compliment?

True but it can't half do damage in the pocket area
-
Dont worry Pete, barny has one of your kits that he was gonna pass on to me. :D

That's a neat bit of kit. Can you tell me though, I use those fitting for presurised air but are they as air tight on vacuum? and does the dirt stop the disconnecting action working?
Unfortuantely I now have black flexible hoses fitted or I'd be after one of those myself.

the answer is easy put yours against it on price...........and then when you are the most competitive pm me and i wll buy one from you.

The fittings are just as good on vacuum as they are on pressure and when you think they can take hundreds of psi of pressure but the amount of vacuum they have to cope with as a breather is minute.
As for the mud and dirt I have tested this as I was worried about it at first
as long as you wash off any loose dirt before you remove the pipe and remember to rotate the coloured ring a couple of times to free up any dried mud they work fine.

how much for a set of fittings for a 110 2.5td???
-
How do they fit to the other end (axles etc.)
And are you selling the pipe work as well?
And what are we talking price wise?
-
I could be tempted by a set of these.
How much do you charge for a set (200tdi One-Ten with LT77 box)? :D
-
I bought one of those kits and they are dead easy to fit except I cant find the gearbox and another breather but I have the axles plumbed into it.
Also on my disco the outlet pipe I have run behind the plastic trim at the bottom of the windscreen accross to the snorkle and up behind the snorkle and then into the snorkle head so you cant see any of the pipe on the outside at all.
Highly recomend the kit and Reaper (guess ur thesame guy I met in Calcot when you went furniture shopping  ) is really really helpful. I bet you dont get the same kind of service from the guy on Eblag.
I think Reaper should win hands down on customer care even if his kit was rubbish which it is far from being!!! It is anything but that.

have you mailed the bloke then and asked where he got the idea from ?

I know where he got the idea from
Thanks James for the kind words, I treat people as I would like to be treated and it seems to work. :)
If you need any help with the rest of the fitting PM me.
