I think its lovely, just have a good old bang with a hammer underneath to check chassis, top all the levels, check electrics, open door climb in and have fun!!!!!
-
Chassis is very solid, the machanics work ok, I intend to strip it right down & restore it.
-
dents on a landy add charater.
how long do you think it will take you? mine took 12 months, but depends how far your going to go.
-
Lovely, i have a '75 SWB we are slowly getting back on the road.
-
Thanks for the encouragement guys. I hope to do it in less than a year, but we're in no real rush and I do want to do it properly.
-
That is georgeous!
Take your time with it, we aren't rushing ours, just doing essential stuff as it comes along. Very enjoyable machines!
As has been said, don't fix the dings, they definitely add character!
