Well I just picked up a new toy. A friend and I have gone halves on this '63 2a, what do ya think? It needs work, but that is the point, right?

I think its lovely, just have a good old bang with a hammer underneath to check chassis, top all the levels, check electrics, open door climb in and have fun!!!!!

Chassis is very solid, the machanics work ok, I intend to strip it right down & restore it.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I hope to do it in less than a year, but we're in no real rush and I do want to do it properly.

That is georgeous!

Take your time with it, we aren't rushing ours, just doing essential stuff as it comes along. Very enjoyable machines!
As has been said, don't fix the dings, they definitely add character!
