I think that may be the 200 lights you are thinking of
If it's the 2003MY pocket headlamps they are not a direct replacement, fair bit of work involved; similar to upgrading 200 to 300 headlights - lots of cutting and grinding and welding.

I have the 1st generation series 2 head lights in my 300 series 1.
Straight swop
Takes about 10 mins.

I put 300 series lights in a 200 few years ago and i did have to cut and move the adjuster posts on the front panel, wasnt a hard job just a pain trying to line up the headilghts with the bonnet,
My question was can you fit 2003my lights to a 300 series?
-
Yes, but you need to cut the wing, the cut out for the indicator is different. You also need to remove the existing headlamp mounting panel, lots of spot welds to drill out. You also need to hardwire the new lights in or get hold of the power plugs and wire those in.
The new lights fix to the upper side of the bonnet slam panel, not sure how the bottoms fix, I have a set to put in my 300 but havent got round to it yet.
