Can anyone please tell me how to remove the clock from my disco as the light bulb needs renewing.
One would think you can get to it from the interior of the car and not go through the bulk head..lol

The clock is virtually a push fit into the dash - you need something really thin and quite strong to slide either side of it to release the (small) clips, a bit like extracting a stereo from the dash.

The usual trick is to use a couple of credit cards, although not ones that you're fond of as they'll get scratched to bits. It's a while since I've had to do this but, IIRC, the retaining clips are on the top and bottom edges. Could be wrong though.
It's one of those jobs that can be really fiddly first time, but oh so easy once you've already done it :roll:

I will try the credit card trick, All i got to do is wait untill then end of the month and then... Ive got a out of date card..lol.
Just got tho make sure i use the OLD one.

or feeler guages but you need a extra pair of hands, think the clips are on the aperature not on the clock it self i think. can be a little awkward. alan.....
