i had this problem with a car i had mate, i took it to an exhuast supplier/warehouse,they tapped the Reg no' in their pc and it told them everything they needed to know, they went to the shelf and there you go,well it was easy for me,though sometimes i am blessed with good luck!
It looks like on that web-site there are different ones,
ie: one for earth and signal
one for the heater
you'd need to find out which type you have, ie: one wire or 4, then its a matter of wiring it up correctly,
have a look at this link

Try Disconnecting the lamdas and replacing the Tune Select resistor, this tells the ECU not to look for the lamda at all. See how it runs.
Alternatively stick it on Rovacom and look at the readings.

ok a couple of things.....
i aint got a ravacom or no anyone with one
and two.... i dont no have a replacment resistor..... where can i get one of these from to check it out?????

Resistor, Rimmer's, Paddocks, anyone with an early Hot-Wire system, maplins etc. It plugs into the loom near the ECU and I think the green wire ins the non-cat type, a white? wire is the cat one.

well what sort of resistor is it..... cuz u put maplins in there so it cant be anything fancy
