Being a spawny gyt, I finish at midnight on the 21st, a few hours kip then me and the daughter are off to Stonehenge to watch the Winter Solstice sunrise, no doubt with my new Jethro Tull Christmas album on the CD player. Then get the Festive turkey and back home for a few days of home brew, good home cooking and pressy mangling! Hurrah!
Compliments of the Gorging Season to all and have a Cool Yule!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I don't start back until the 4th! What a bummer! Tee hee! :D

I should've finished on Friday but I've taken a couple of extra days so the Landyladies & myself can get off up to Yorkshire tomorrow night to visit my family. Back down on Saturday, which leaves me plenty of time to do my Christmas shopping on Sunday! :D

I shall be at home on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
No idea what I shall be doing for the rest. May work a few days in between if I feel the urge to have some peace and quiet
-
Not a big fan (or even a slight one) of all that 'present, tinsel, turkey & tree' malarky.
I've just had a long weekend (Sat, Sun , Mon, Tues)
I go back tomorrow afternoon, then I think I'm there until Friday 5th before I get another day off (at the moment anyway)
Doing an early on 31st & late on 1st - but might swap someone for a Late/Early, then I can call in a favour at some point.
Mercenary me ???? what makes you say that?
-

I'm working every day except the Bank Holidays :( I shall close early if it's quiet though.
We get a surprising amount of trade between Christmas and New Year. People buying accessories for their Mini's that they didn't get as presents!
