Hi ,I have recently fitted a pair of SAAB 9000 front sea in my 95 Discovery. The comfort is superb. They are heated , but my originals were not. does any body know if the wiring was fitted as standard, there ate some spare tails under the seats. Is it just a question of metering :? them and fitting a switch and or relay ?

how easy were they to fit, did they fit on the standard bases or did you have to fabricate anything? I wonder if it would work on a 1990 3 door....

Hi,The seats fitted on the original bases. I cut the runners from the disco seats and Steve from Tettenhall Saab welded them to the 9000 seats it took a couple of hours (he does like to chat) .The Saab seat belt clasps fitted my belts. the only problem is the seats are a little wider ,so I cant adjust the back with the door shut. But they are really comfortable and give good lumber support. I owned a Saab 9000 for about 9 years and went abroad quite often in it so I knew how good the seats are.If you want Steves No let me know. he has loads of gear and is very reasonable. :D :D
